we seek a general manager with superior leadership skills and customer service skills who can bring full commitment and enthusiasm to this dynamic role.
we require a leader who has a hands on management style, is fast footed and quick witted with a keen sense of humour and a passion for all aspects of the hospitality industry and flexible availability is a must.
you'll have a minimum of 2 years experience at a supervisory level, effective planning and organisational skills, and a thorough understanding of health and safety, food hygiene, licensing and employment law. you will be a self motivator who is career driven and thrives on working in a high energy environment.
your responsibilities will include:
-being accountable for the management of the restaurant on a day to day basis, both front and back of house.
-maintaining staff motivation and discipline and taking necessary action where appropriate, and full accountability for coaching and developing junior managers.
-achieving restaurant budget sales and cost targets within financial constraints
